New Actor's Workshop

Service Description

This is is a one day workshop that will take approximately 4 hours. There will be a 30 minute snack and bathroom break. This is what every new actor needs to know about getting started in film, television, and commercials: professional training, necessary materials, agent or management representation, and casting calls. We will walk you through the process from submission to booking work, how to get paid and how to avoid scams. All participants will tape an on camera “slate” and receive this video after the class. What we will discuss: ~Getting Started (What you need – Headshots, resume, demo reel, etc.) ~How to find work (Actors Access, etc) ~The Casting Process (Submissions, auditioning, callbacks, etc.) ~Talent Agency Representation (Agent, manager basics, etc.) ~Slating/Slate Tape

Cancellation Policy

We have a no refund policy for anything that may arise (Sickness, Trips, No Show) that would keep you from class. But will be credited for future class or make up sessions.
