Fundamentals Stand-Up

Intro to Improv

You will learn how to accept the power of “Yes And…”. By beginning to develop improvisational listening skills, initiations, object and mime work, with a focus on scene work. Scene work is the foundation of Improv, this class will guide you to create meaningful character relationships, find the “game of the scene”, and move through scenes from beginning to end using various improvisational tools. This class is great for beginners, for people who give presentations, who work in sales or even someone who just wants to improve their communication skills. You will also learn the meaning of improv and how you can take it in the real world, on a day to day basis.
